Must be thouroughly conversant with planning, scheduling and executing the entire process including preventive and predictive maintenance. In-plant safety procedures, understanding of SAP implentation, etc. Thorough knowledge and operations of Cement Mills, Raw Mills, Kilns, Packing Plants, Coal Crushers, Air-Polluiton control equipments, Fly-Ash handling systems, planing and executing of pre-clinkerisation, pre-area maintenance, etc.
GM – Mining : Graduates or Post Graduates in Mining Engineering with 20-25 years experience with substantial experience in the cement industry.
AGM – Geology : Graduates or Post Graduates in Geology with 20-25 years experience with adequate exposure in the cement industry.
AGM – Mining : Graduates or Post Graduates in Mining Engineering with 20-25 years experience with substantial experience in the cement industry.
Mining Engineers : The Candidate must have a minimum B.Tech degree in Mining Engineering from one of the Premium Institutes of India and should have a minimum of 10 years work experience preferably from the Cement Industry.
Manager – Geology : Graduates or Post Graduates in Geology with 20-25 years experience with adequate exposure in the cement industry.
Manager – Mining : Graduates or Post Graduates in Geology with 10-15 years experience with substantial experience in the cement industry.
Instrumentation
Engineers : The Candidate must have a minimum
B.Tech degree in Engineering from one of the Premium
Institutes of India and should have a minimum of 10
years work experience preferably from the Cement Industry.
